Very good product. the hammer is firm and allows easy control of the tuning pins. I don't use the muting strip and only use one rubber mute (I start at the bottom using TuneLab and tune one string with it and then the other one or two by ear). Very good value.

By blahblah This product worked fine for me. The hammer seems of good quality. The only problem that I had was that the hammer tip kept coming loose. It needs to be tightened down very tightly. Once that was done it worked fine.
